Practice

Established in 1964, Cundall and Duffy moved to its current premises in 1986. The surgery consists of a spacious waiting room, consulting room, radiography room, operating theatre and kennels. The kennels have recently been refurbished and provide comfortable day kennels with a separate isolation wing for more serious patients, who require intensive nursing care. We also have a secure exercise run for hospitalised dogs to use.

The practice includes five veterinary surgeons who all have their own areas of interest and expertise within the practice. Our team of qualified nurses provide care for animals in the surgery. They are also able to give advice about diet, weight, puppy and kitten care, worming and flea treatment, dental care and behavioral problems. Nurse consultations can also be arranged for suture removal dressing changes nail clipping and rabbit teeth clipping.

We aim to provide a very personal service and try to ensure that clients can arrange to see the veterinary surgeon of their choice in order to provide better continuity of care. Many of our clients have been with the practice for over 30 years and we have cared for generations of their animals.
